My Story
Hello, I'm Vickie Quarles, hailing from Memphis, TN. My journey has been both professionally enriching and personally challenging, shaping me into the life coach and counselor I am today. With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s in Healthcare Administration, I've spent over 12 years as a Regional Case Manager. This role has deeply immersed me in the world of healthcare, where I've been advocating for patients, developing comprehensive care plans, and navigating their diverse needs.
My personal life has mirrored the complexities I encountered professionally. I lost my beloved husband, Theodis Quarles Jr., on December 18, 2020, leaving me to navigate the world as both a grieving wife and a mother to our five beautiful daughters, aged 20, 15, 12, 8, and 3. This journey of grief, alongside facing challenges like domestic violence, alopecia, teen pregnancy, singlehood, marriage, high-risk pregnancy, NICU stays, and the diagnosis of a special needs child, has been transformative. It's these experiences that inspired the name of my company, Care 360, symbolizing how my life has come full circle, embracing every aspect of these experiences.
Reflecting on these challenges, I often wished for someone who could not only walk with me through these tumultuous times but someone who had tread a similar path. Someone who could offer guidance not just from knowledge, but from shared experience. This longing to have such a companion in my moments of struggle has fueled my approach to counseling and coaching. It’s a connection and understanding I now strive to provide for you.
As your coach and counselor, I offer not just theoretical knowledge, but real-life empathy and compassion. I've learned the invaluable art of listening - to both spoken words and unspoken emotions. Through my years in healthcare and my own life experiences, I've honed my problem-solving skills, learning to critically assess situations, set realistic goals, and develop actionable plans.
In me, you'll find a partner for your journey towards healing, growth, and fulfillment. Let’s embark on this path together, with the belief that every challenge is an opportunity for growth towards a stronger, more resilient you. I have found that there is always Purpose In Pain.
With warmth and understanding,
Vickie Quarles
